Ease In Motion

A 3-Month Reset for Your Voice & Body

You want consistency and support for your voice—but a 12-month commitment isn’t accessible or practical right now.

Ease in Motion offers a flexible, short-term way to stay connected to your voice and body, without overcommitting your time, energy, or finances.

This series is designed for singers and performers who value thoughtful, embodied work and want ongoing guidance during a full or transitional season.

What Is Ease In Motion?

Ease in Motion is a 3-month voice and mind–body support series that combines private voice lessons with The Integration Lab—a monthly Alexander Technique–based group experience.

Each month includes:

  • Two 55-minute private voice lessons

  • Access to The Integration Lab - a guided, experiential space where you learn to recognize and shift the patterns in your nervous system, coordination, and attention that directly influence how your voice functions.

Together, these experiences help you not only improve your singing—but develop the awareness and coordination that allow your voice to function with greater ease, reliability, and freedom.

Private lessons help you apply the work directly to your voice.
The Integration Lab helps you develop the underlying mind–body connection that makes lasting change possible.

What You’ll Gain

This series is designed to help you build a deeper relationship with your instrument—not just through technique, but through awareness.

Through private lessons and The Integration Lab, many clients experience:

  • A clearer mind–body connection while singing

  • Greater awareness of tension patterns that interfere with ease

  • Increased coordination between breath, body, and sound

  • More reliable vocal function under pressure

  • A stronger sense of trust in their instrument

The Integration Lab is where you learn to recognize—and shift—the patterns that shape your voice at their source.

This is what makes the work different from traditional voice lessons.

How it works:

Each month, you will:

  1. Book your two private voice lessons

    • 55 minutes each

    • Scheduled based on current calendar availability

    • You choose the times that work for you

  2. Attend The Integration Lab

The Integration Lab is a monthly 90-minute group session designed to deepen your awareness and integration through guided Alexander Technique explorations.

    • Saturday mornings, typically at 9:30–11:00 AM

    • 2026 Scheduled dates: 3/14; 4/18; 5/16; 6/20; 7/18; 8/15 (subject to change)

    • Held in Colorado Springs, these sessions help you:

      • Develop greater kinesthetic awareness

      • Improve coordination and balance

      • Support your nervous system

      • Experience your voice as part of your whole self

Registration is required to confirm attendance.

Communication With Studio

Please use text only for last-minute cancellations/emergencies between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. For more detailed questions, kindly send me an email and I will do my best to get back to you within 24-48 hrs. Some questions can be handled during lesson time. Please come into the studio at the beginning or end of your lesson, or email / text me and we’ll arrange a phone call time.  The studio is closed over the weekend to focus on family.  Please know that I will respond to weekend emails on Monday/Tuesday.

Hybrid Studio - In-person and Online Lessons

The studio runs as a Hybrid studio, utilizing both in-person and online options. Lessons are available in per studio, or we use Rockoutloud.live or Zoom for Online Lessons. This is a great substitute at any time for coming in person! Consider this solution for avoiding a lesson cancellation when contagious illness might keep you from coming in-person, or when a scheduling conflict might not allow for travel time, or if you are out of town for work, auditions, etc.

Tech Issues

Some days we may have tech issues with an online platform for any number of reasons. We’ll establish a backup lesson platform together (Facebook Messenger, Zoom, Facetime) and if that fails, a phone lesson or an asynchronous lesson will be substituted.
